At ByJasJolie, we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges only are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Returned within 7 days of delivery

If you’d like to request an exchange, please contact us at byjasjoliecs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

We do not accept exchanges beyond the 7-day window or for items that show signs of wear.
